Salary: £180 - £210 Per day (Depending on experience)

  • Plan, prepare and deliver engaging history lessons to students
  • Evaluate and grade students' class work, assignments, and papers
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the history curriculum
  • Supervise students inside and outside the classroom setting
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Degree in History or a related field
  • Excellent knowledge of the UK National Curriculum for History
  • Strong classroom management skills

Bachelor's degree in History or a related field

Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in a secondary school setting

  • Thorough understanding of historical concepts and events
  • Ability to engage and inspire students
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Postgraduate qualification in Education
  • Experience teaching A-Level History
  • Full-time position, working Monday to Friday
  • Classroom-based teaching with occasional extracurricular activities
  • Collaborative work environment with other educators
