Teaching Personnel is currently working with an outstanding partner Trust, Nene Education Trust, who have several opportunities available across its primary schools in the Rushden and Raunds area. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the curriculum.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and improve teaching practices.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff.
• Participate in school activities and contribute to the school community.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for education.
• Experience in teaching is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
