Teaching Personnel is currently working with an outstanding partner Trust, Nene Education Trust, who have several opportunities available across its primary schools in the Rushden and Raunds area. This trust is committed to providing exceptional education and support to a diverse student community. They are looking for passionate and dedicated teachers to join their schools and inspire students to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the curriculum.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and improve teaching practices.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff.
  • Participate in school activities and contribute to the school community.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for education.
  • Experience in teaching is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
