Salary: £85 - £100 per day, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students in their learning across a range of subjects.
  • Provide one-to-one or small group assistance to help students reach their potential.
  • Assist in managing classroom behaviour and creating a positive learning environment.
  • Work closely with teaching staff to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons.
  • Provide additional support during school activities and events.

Requirements:

  • A recent graduate with a passion for education and working with young people.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and flexible approach to working in a school setting.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to different roles within the school.
  • Previous experience working with young people is desirable but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
