Reception SEN Teaching Assistant New

Location: Hailsham, East Sussex / Part Time Teaching Assistant / Salary £385.00 - £400.00 Per Week 

• Supporting the teacher in delivering tailored lessons to pupils in reception. 
• Assisting with the personal care and hygiene needs of students
• Helping to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
• Providing one-to-one support to students who require additional support
• Assisting in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)

• GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths
• Experience working with children or individuals with SEN
• Knowledge of various learning disabilities and strategies to support individuals 

Prior experience working with children or individuals with SEN

• Understanding of SEN and various learning disabilities
• Ability to provide individualised support to students
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Level 2 or 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools
• First Aid certification (not essential) 

• Work in a school setting
• Full-time hours three days 
• Close collaboration with teachers and SENCOs
