About the Role: As an EYFS Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing the curiosity and creativity of our youngest learners. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and delivering engaging and interactive lessons that cater to the diverse needs of early years students.
  • Creating a stimulating and supportive learning environment that encourages exploration, discovery, and play.
  • Building strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to foster a collaborative and inclusive learning community.
  • Assessing and monitoring student progress, providing feedback, and implementing strategies to support individual development.
  • Promoting the holistic development of students, focusing on their social, emotional, and cognitive growth.

Requirements: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual who possesses:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant experience working within the early years sector.
  • A deep understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and best practices in early childhood education.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building positive relationships with young children and their families.
  • Creativity, adaptability, and a commitment to providing an inspiring and nurturing learning environment.
  • A reflective and collaborative approach to teaching, with a willingness to participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.
