Exciting Opportunity for a Reception Teacher at a Primary school in Prescot!

  • Location: Liverpool, Prescot
  • Position: Reception Teacher (Fixed-term)
  • Duration: October 2024 - July 2025
  • Part time: Monday to Thursday

Are you a passionate and dedicated primary school teacher? Do you have the skills and enthusiasm to inspire young minds? A GOOD primary school in the heart of Prescot is seeking an exceptional Reception teacher to join their teaching team.

The Role: As a Reception teacher, you will:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the diverse needs of all pupils.
  • Foster a positive and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing feedback and support where necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to ensure the best educational experience for our pupils.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably in EYFS.
  • Strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
