Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with educators and support staff to facilitate learning and promote positive behavior among our students. Your contributions will be vital in creating an engaging and secure learning environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

•Support teachers in delivering educational programs tailored to individual student needs.

•Assist with classroom management and promote positive behavior.

•Build trusting relationships with students to encourage engagement and participation.

•Help implement individualized learning plans and adapt activities as needed.

•Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including therapists and social workers.

 

Qualifications:

•Experience working with children in educational or care settings (preferred).

•Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with children from diverse backgrounds.

•Patience, empathy, and a commitment to supporting vulnerable young people.

•Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
