Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that cater to students' varied abilities and learning styles.

Requirements:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification, complemented by a relevant degree or postgraduate qualification in Religious Studies, Theology, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of teaching RE to secondary school students, showcasing comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the subject matter.
  • Exhibit an unwavering passion for inspiring young minds, cultivating a genuine love for religious education, and fostering tolerance, respect, and understanding.
  • Possess excellent classroom management skills, effectively creating a safe and conducive learning environment for all students.
  • Showcase exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration with students, colleagues, and parents or guardians.
