Job Opportunity: Religious Education Teacher (Full Academic Year)

Role Overview: We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Religious Education Teacher to inspire and guide our students in their spiritual and moral development. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality RE lessons, fostering a supportive learning environment, and upholding the ethos of our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and comprehensive RE lessons to students across various year groups.
  • Support students in understanding and applying religious concepts, with a focus on Catholic teachings.
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school, including participating in religious events and activities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the RE curriculum and overall student experience.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialisation in Religious Education.
  • Experience in teaching RE at the secondary school level.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to fostering the spiritual and moral growth of students.
