Create Education are currently working with an Ofsted rated 'Good' Primary School in the London Borough of Lambeth!
They are looking for a enthusiastic and hardworking individual to hit the ground running in the School office! They are ideally looking for someone with a background in Finance who will be also be able to covering the front reception when needed.
They would ideally like someone to join the team from the 22nd of July so they are able to have an in-depth handover.
Responsibilities
- Front desk responsibilities, e.g. Answering the phones in a professional manner, replying to emails, welcoming visitors, and dealing with student/parent enquiries.
- Input/output of data, and dealing with orders/invoices.
- Adjust payroll details if payment is incorrect or people have completed payroll.
Person Specification- Education experience as a Finance Assistant.
- Ability to deal with certain situations under pressure.
- Must have experience dealing with Finance.
- Must know SIMs/FMS extensively.
Job Details- 07:30am - 15:30pm or 09:30am - 17:30pm (Depending on what the candidate would want)
- £100 - £120 (PAYE & UMB options available)
- Monday - Friday, Full time.
- Possibility of going permanent after a term for the right candidate.
