Job Salary: £25,000 - £46,001 per annum
Teaching Personnel Permanent Workforce are currently seeking a Science Teacher, of any specialism, to join a prestigious Secondary School based in the Reading area after September 2024 or sooner. You will join a dedicated team of teachers and staff supporting our excellent students. If you are looking for an opportunity to grow, inspire and develop, this may be the role for you. Main Areas of Responsibility
The purpose of your role will be:
Qualifications & Experience
The successful candidate will:
1.Hold QTS (or equivalent) and a relevant undergraduate degree
2.Have successful teaching experience at secondary or FE (College level (can be teaching practice).
3.Understand the theory and practice of effective teaching and learning
4.Understand the importance of high expectations and equality of access for all students, and of being a tutor
5.Have knowledge of National Curriculum requirements at A Level, and of writing lesson plans, developing resources and assessing students' work
