Are you a passionate Science Teacher looking for an exciting opportunity to join a new school? We are working with a fantastic new school, located in Irthlingborough, part of a reputable trust, and conveniently situated between Wellingborough and Raunds. 

About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Science Teacher to join our team in September 2024. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Science across Key Stages 3 and 4, creating engaging and effective lesson plans, and fostering a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality Science lessons to students at Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Develop and implement innovative and engaging lesson plans.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support where needed.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the school’s ongoing development and success.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in either Chemistry, Physics or Biology - or a related subject. 
  • Strong knowledge and passion for teaching Science.
  • Excellent classroom management skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students.
  • Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
