We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Science Teacher to join our team for the upcoming academic year. This full-time position will commence in September 2024. The successful candidate will:

  • Teach Science across Key Stage 3 and 4: Engage and educate students across various ages and attainment levels.
  • Deliver 9 Science lessons per fortnight: Ensure comprehensive coverage of the Science curriculum.
  • Teach English and provide general cover: Complement the timetable with English lessons and general classroom cover, creating a well-rounded teaching schedule.

We are looking for a committed and passionate individual who:

  • Holds a relevant teaching qualification.
  • Is enthusiastic about teaching both Science and English.
  • Is adaptable and ready to take on general cover responsibilities as needed.
  • ECTs qualifying this year are strongly encouraged to apply: We welcome new teachers who are eager to start their teaching career with us.
  • A recognized teaching qualification.
  • Ability to teach Science at Key Stage 3 and 4.
  • Flexibility to teach English and cover general subjects.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
