A highly respected Special Educational Needs (SEN) school group is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Science Teacher to join their dynamic team at the Silverstone site. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator to make a significant impact on the lives of young people with diverse learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and differentiated Science lessons tailored to meet the needs of students with SEN.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the SEN team.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student progress and well-being.
  • Assess and track student progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in teaching Science, preferably within an SEN setting.
  • Strong understanding of SEN best practices and a commitment to inclusive education.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students with varying abilities.
