Job Description:

Teaching Personnel are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Science Teacher to join a vibrant secondary school in Gosport. This is a full-time position starting in September. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective science lessons to students, fostering a positive learning environment, and contributing to the overall development of the school’s science curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
  • Create a stimulating and supportive classroom environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
  • Participate in school events, parent meetings, and professional development activities.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • A degree in Science or a related field.
  • Experience teaching science at the secondary school level.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
