  • Plan and deliver engaging science lessons to students
  • Develop and implement curriculum and lesson plans
  • Assess and evaluate students' progress
  • Provide constructive feedback to students and parents
  • Supervise laboratory work and experiments
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment
  • Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Proven experience as a Science Teacher
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The Science Teacher will work in a school setting, following the academic calendar. The role may involve working evenings or weekends for extracurricular activities or parent-teacher meetings. The teacher will be required to adhere to school policies and regulations.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
