A well-established secondary school in Hackney, rated GOOD by Ofsted, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Science Teacher to join their permanent staff from January 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire and challenge students in an inclusive and supportive environment.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
  • Have a degree in a Science-related subject
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum
  • Possess excellent classroom management and communication skills
  • Show a commitment to student progress and achievement

The role includes:

  • Teaching Science across KS3 and KS4
  • Planning and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons
  • Assessing and providing feedback to students to aid in their academic growth
  • Collaborating with colleagues to support the wider school community
