Your Role:
As a Secondary Science Teacher, you will have the opportunity to ignite a passion for science in students aged 11-16. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Delivering engaging and interactive science lessons across all key disciplines—biology, chemistry, and physics—making each topic relatable and exciting.
  • Encouraging students to ask questions, conduct experiments, and engage in scientific inquiry.
  • Utilizing a variety of hands-on learning activities and innovative teaching strategies to help students grasp complex scientific concepts.
  • Monitoring and assessing student progress, providing feedback and support tailored to individual learning needs.
  • Fostering an inclusive classroom environment where every student feels inspired, valued, and motivated to excel.

Who We're Looking For:We are looking for a dedicated science educator who can bring enthusiasm and creativity to the classroom. The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
  • A degree in a Science-related field (biology, chemistry, physics, or a general science qualification).
  • Strong classroom management abilities and a knack for creating a positive learning atmosphere.
  • A genuine passion for science education and a commitment to sparking students' interest in scientific exploration.
  • Experience with differentiated instruction to accommodate various learning styles and abilities.
