Position: Science Teacher

  • Pay: To scale (£153.84 to £238.58 per day)
  • Contract: Full-time
  • Start Date: November 2024. 

Requirements:

  • QTS or equivalent qualification
  • Broad subject knowledge across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Child-only DBS on the update service or willingness to apply (we can assist during registration)
  • Two professional references from recent employment

Job Brief:

  • Teach Science to KS3 and KS4 students of varying abilities with a specialism in at least one Science.
  • Engage in a variety of extracurricular activities
  • Plan, deliver, and mark Science lessons tailored to meet students' diverse learning needs
  • Utilize excellent facilities and up-to-date equipment
