Salary: £20 - £30 Per hour

  • Provide one-on-one support to secondary school students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in Mathematics.
  • Create individualised lesson plans to cater to the specific learning needs of each student.
  • Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other relevant stakeholders regarding students' progress.
  • Utilise a variety of teaching techniques to engage students and enhance their understanding of mathematical concepts.
  • Qualified teacher status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
  • Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a secondary school setting.
  • Strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum for Mathematics at the secondary level.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students with SEN.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Part-Time hours, flexible schedule.
  • Work closely with students in a school or educational setting.
  • Potential travel to different locations within the Greater London area.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
