We are currently seeking a dedicated Sec SEN Tutor to join our team in London. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and will be responsible for providing tailored support to help them achieve their academic goals.

  • Deliver individualised tutoring sessions to students with SEN
  • Create engaging and interactive learning activities
  • Assess students' progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly
  • Collaborate with teachers and parents to develop personalised learning plans
  • Provide feedback and support to help students overcome learning challenges
  • Experience working with students with SEN
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to tailor teaching methods to meet individual student needs

Minimum of a relevant teaching qualification

Prior experience working as a tutor or teacher with students with SEN

  • Understanding of different learning styles
  • Knowledge of SEN support strategies
  • Patience and empathy when working with students

This role is part-time and temporary, with flexible hours. The work will primarily take place in an educational setting in London, collaborating with teachers and parents to support students with SEN.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
