  • Provide English tutoring to secondary school students
  • Develop lesson plans and instructional materials
  • Assess students' progress and provide feedback
  • Support students with special educational needs (SEN)
  • Collaborate with other educators and parents
  • Experience in teaching English at the secondary level
  • Experience working with students with SEN

Bachelor's degree in English or related field

Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in a secondary school setting

  • Strong understanding of the English curriculum
  • Ability to differentiate instruction for diverse learners
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The role involves working part-time hours on a temporary basis, providing English tutoring to secondary school students. The tutor may need to adapt to different learning styles and provide support to students with SEN.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
