- Provide English tutoring to secondary school students - Develop and implement individualised lesson plans - Assess students' learning needs and adjust teaching methods accordingly - Support students with special educational needs (SEN) - Monitor and record student progress - Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues - Maintain a safe and positive learning environment
- A degree in English or a related field - Teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent) - Experience working with secondary school students - Knowledge of the UK national curriculum - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
