£80 - £90 Per day

• Provide support to secondary school students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a classroom setting
• Assist with the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students
• Support the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities
• Help students with academic tasks and provide emotional support when needed
• Assist with behaviour management and ensuring a safe learning environment

• Minimum of a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
• Previous experience working with students with SEN in a school setting
• Good understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures

Teaching Assistant qualification at Level 3 or higher

Previous experience working with students with SEN in a school environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Understanding of different SEN needs and strategies to support them

• First Aid training
• Mental Health First Aid qualification

• Work in a secondary school setting

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
