Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

Prior experience in teaching or tutoring students with SEN

  • Strong understanding of SEN conditions and how they impact learning
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience and empathy when working with students with SEN

This role involves working part-time hours on a temporary basis, providing tutoring support to secondary school students with SEN in Redhill, Surrey. The tutor will be required to create personalised learning plans, adapt teaching techniques, and collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure student progress.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
