Secondary SEN Tutor New

• Provide targeted support and tuition to secondary school students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
• Develop individualised learning plans based on students' needs and abilities
• Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to help students achieve academic progress
• Monitor and assess students' progress regularly, adjusting teaching methods as necessary
• Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to ensure students' learning goals are met

• Hold a relevant teaching qualification
• Experience working with students with SEN
• Knowledge of SEN support strategies and interventions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Understanding of the UK education system
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet individual student needs
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

• Part-Time hours, flexible schedule
• Work primarily in a one-on-one tutoring setting
• Collaborate with school staff and parents to support student learning
• Support throughout the entire process

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
