Teaching Personnel is eager to welcome flexible and adaptable supply teaching staff to join our team at our vibrant partner schools in South and Central Bristol. Within these dynamic communities, our secondary schools strive to offer an outstanding educational experience for every student.

Whether you're an experienced classroom teacher, an ECT looking to gain experience or have worked with children in a different capacity, we'd love to hear from you!

As a flexible supply teacher, your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising classes during teacher absences, ensuring students stay focused on their learning activities.
  • Delivering engaging pre-prepared lessons to KS3 & KS4 students.
  • Creating a safe and supportive classroom environment where every student can thrive.
  • Implementing a variety of behaviour management techniques to foster a positive learning atmosphere.
  • Adapting to diverse educational environments and implementing their unique policies.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience working with young people.
  • Enjoy leading and inspiring others.
  • Hold GCSEs in English and Maths.
  • Be adaptable, reliable, and resilient.
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
