Teaching Personnel is seeking two dedicated teachers for a Secondary School, with an immediate start. Both teachers can be primary-trained, as the school follows a primary model. One role is for the KS4 class, and the other is for Year 7. Experience in Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) is essential. This position is ideal for teachers with experience in SEMH schools, or those who have worked in mainstream settings with SEMH students.

  • Small class sizes of just 8 students, with full Teaching Assistant (TA) support.
  • Located in Nailsea, candidates in the Bristol area will need to have access to a car.
  • The students’ needs are exclusively SEMH, with no additional needs such as ASD.

  • Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Clearance: A current DBS on the Update Service or willingness to undergo a new DBS check
  • Experience: Prior teaching experience is preferred, but newly qualified teachers are encouraged to apply if passionate about making a difference
