Secondary Teacher responsibilities:
- Adapt and deliver lesson plans to a high-quality level to students in Key Stage 3-4, up to Key Stage 5 if relevant
- Vary teaching methods to suit different learning styles and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Assess and monitor student progress, reporting back to the relevant staff and cover supply co-ordinator
- Willing to travel to and work at a variety of schools local to the Maidstone area
Secondary Teacher requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or similar recognised in the UK
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong classroom management abilities
- Flexibility to work across different schools
