The ideal Secondary Teacher will:
- Deliver engaging lesson plans by using adaptive teaching methods to captivate classes across Year 7-11
- Have a good knowledge of the Key Stage3-4 curriculum for General Cover, or up to Key Stage 5 for your subject specialism
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively and foster a supportive, inclusive classroom atmosphere
- Be flexible to working at a variety of schools in Rochester and the surrounding area
Secondary Teacher requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or similar recognised in the UK with demonstrated teaching experience in the classroom
- Strong curriculum knowledge in Key Stage 3-4, or up to Key Stage 5 for your subject specialism
- Effective classroom management skills
- Adaptability and willingness to embrace working in a variety of classrooms
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willing apply
