  • Supervising students during break times and outings
  • GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths
  • Experience working with children or young adults
  • Understanding of safeguarding procedures

Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths

Previous experience working with children or young adults

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Patience and empathy when working with students
  • Basic understanding of educational principles
  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
  • First Aid certification
  • Experience in a similar role within a school setting

This role involves working in a school environment, assisting teachers and students in classrooms and other educational settings. The working hours are full-time, with occasional additional hours for school events or outings. The role may require some physical activity, such as supervising students during break times or assisting with sports activities.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
