Salary: £20 - £25 Per hour

Skills: SEN experience

  • Deliver high-quality tutoring sessions to secondary school students
  • Create customised lesson plans to suit individual student needs
  • Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
  • Provide feedback to students, parents, and teachers on student performance
  • Collaborate with school staff to support student learning goals
  • Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and engage students
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a secondary school setting
  • Sound knowledge of the UK secondary education curriculum
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse student populations
  • Postgraduate qualification in Education
  • Experience in delivering one-to-one tuition
  • Experience using educational technology in teaching
  • Temporary position with Part-Time hours
  • Work in a secondary school environment
  • Potential travel to student homes for tutoring sessions
  • Collaborative work with school staff and parents

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
