Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting Secondary tutors in the Mansfield area (NG18).

Successful applicants must be confident tutoring core subjects within KS3 and KS4 and have experience tutoring either on a 1:1 basis or in small groups with the ability to recognise where pupils require targeted intervention.

Successful applicants will need:

  • Experience with secondary aged children
  • Experience working with children in a tuition capacity (desirable)
  • Ability to manage challenging behaviour
  • Ability to plan and deliver your own engaging lesson, tailored to the pupils needs and ability.
  • A calm, kind, and patient approach
  • Ability to build positive relationships with pupils while maintaining professional boundaries
  • Safeguarding training

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
