£20 - £30 Per hour

Tutor will be responsible for providing individualised academic support to students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Duties include creating tailored lesson plans, delivering engaging and effective tutoring sessions, assessing student progress, and collaborating with other educational professionals to ensure student success.

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Specialist knowledge in teaching English and Maths
  • Experience working with students with SEMH needs

Minimum of 2 years' experience in teaching English and Maths, preferably with SEMH students

  • Understanding of SEMH and strategies for supporting students with these needs
  • Ability to create engaging and differentiated lesson plans
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effective classroom management techniques

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
