A fantastic opportunity has emerged for a compassionate and skilled Special Educational Needs (SEN) Support Assistant, specialising in Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH), to become a valued member of a distinguished Primary School in Childwall (L16) Commencing in January, this long-term position extends for two terms, and we are seeking a committed support staff member to provide personalised assistance to a reception class student as part of the new school intake, requiring both academic and social support.

The ideal candidate should possess prior experience working with SEN students and a solid understanding of effective de-escalation techniques. The specific child follows a personalised education plan tailored to their SEMH needs, underscoring the school's emphasis on regular updates and progress reports.

Operating from 8:45 AM to 3:15 PM, this role provides the added advantage of being part of a highly esteemed school community.
