ENGLISH TEACHER AND SCIENCE TEACHER REQUIRED

START DATE - OCTOBER 2024

Teaching Personnel is proud to partner with a specialist provision located in Hertford, Hertfordshire that is seeking a full-time English and Science Teacher on a long-term, temp-to-perm basis.

Key Details:

  • Full-time position on a long-term basis with potential for temp-to-perm conversion
  • Competitive daily rate of £110-£180, dependent on experience
  • Prior experience teaching in a secondary SEMH/PRU is preferred
  • Small class sizes of 4 students, all of whom have struggled in mainstream education due to mental health challenges
  • Lesson planning is required for this role
  • Working hours are 8:00am – 16:00pm, Monday to Friday.
  • Pupils have an EHC Plan and additional SEMH needs.
  • Start date: October 2024.
  • Applicants must have or be able to apply for a DBS and enrol in the Update Service.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
