Your Role: As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support students with SEMH needs both inside and outside the classroom
  • Help manage challenging behaviours in a positive and encouraging way
  • Assist in delivering tailored learning plans to help each child reach their full potential
  • Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to create a nurturing and supportive learning environment

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience working with children with SEMH or additional needs
  • Strong behaviour management skills and a calm, patient approach
  • A passion for helping children overcome barriers to learning
  • Ability to build trusting relationships with students and staff
