Primary Industry: Education and Training

Salary: Up to £30 Per hour

  • Provide one-to-one support to a student with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Implement individualised education plans tailored to the student's needs
  • Assist the student in accessing the curriculum and participating in classroom activities
  • Support the student in developing social skills and independence
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure the student's progress
  • Experience working with individuals with SEN
  • Understanding of different learning styles and strategies to support them
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant qualification in Special Educational Needs or related field
  • Prior experience working in an educational setting with students with SEN
  • Knowledge of SEN legislation and best practises
  • Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student needs
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards supporting students with SEN

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
