Location: Worsley and Walkden (M28) and surrounding areas

Salary: Competitive daily rate pro-rata from M1-UPS3 pay scale (£28,000 – £43,685)

About Us: Teaching Personnel is a leading education recruitment agency that specialises in providing high-quality teaching staff to schools across the UK. We are currently seeking a SEN Supply Teacher to work in schools in and around the areas of Worsley and Walkden (M28).

Job Description: We are looking for dedicated and experienced SEN Supply Teachers to join our team. The successful candidates will work on a flexible basis, covering a range of roles from day-to-day to long-term and temp-to-perm placements, depending on the needs of the educators and schools we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver lessons tailored to the needs of students with SEN, including general SEN, SEMH needs, and complex needs.
  • Occasionally planning will be required.
  • Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Experience teaching pupils with SEN is essential.
  • Enhanced DBS check registered on the update service (or willingness to obtain one through Teaching Personnel).
  • Drivers are encouraged to apply, but this is not essential.
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills.
