A highly reputable SEN school group is seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN English Teacher to join their permanent staff from September 2024.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering tailored English lessons to students with a variety of special educational needs, ensuring that every student has the opportunity to achieve their full potential in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging English lessons adapted to the needs of SEN students.
  • Collaborate with SEN specialists and support staff to create individualized learning plans.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialism in English.
  • Proven experience teaching students with special educational needs.
  • Strong understanding of SEN teaching strategies and individualized learning approaches.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
