We are seeking a resilient and accomplished Headteacher with a robust background in school management and a passionate dedication to enhancing the educational journey for SEN students.

Requirements:

Proven success in leadership and management within a school environment.
*
Experience teaching in an SEN setting.
*
Involvement in school self-evaluation and strategic development planning.
*
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop staff successfully.
*
Skills in data analysis with the capability to use insights for setting targets and identifying areas for improvement.
*
Strong understanding of evidence-based high-quality teaching, and the capacity to mentor others in these practices.
*
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster effective working relationships.
*
A commitment to achieving the best outcomes for all pupils and to uphold the school's ethos and values.

Ability to manage stress effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Define and promote the school’s vision, aligning with the broader ethos and standards of the group.

Oversee the school’s daily operations, including curriculum development, staff recruitment, training, and professional development.

Develop and implement strategies that enhance pupil achievement and well-being.

Ensure adherence to all regulatory, legal, and educational standards.

Build strong relationships with parents, local authorities, and the community to augment educational provisions.
*
Manage budgets diligently and allocate resources optimally.
*
Drive continuous improvement through innovative and strategic planning.
