Salary: £90.00 - £95.00 per day

Are you dedicated to supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and fostering an inclusive learning environment? Join our partner school in Exeter as a full-time SEN Learning Mentor. This role offers the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate.

Essential Requirements:

  • Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential for travel).
  • GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent).
  • Passion for empowering young people with SEN to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized support to SEN students, individually and in groups, to enhance their academic, emotional, and social development.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers and SEN coordinators to implement tailored learning plans.
  • Assist in behaviour management, confidence-building, and fostering positive relationships.
  • Maintain a safe, structured, and nurturing classroom environment.
