Salary: £90.00 - £95.00 per day

Are you passionate about supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and creating an inclusive learning atmosphere? We are looking for a dedicated SEN Learning Mentor to join our partner school in Exeter. This full-time role offers the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate.

Essential Requirements:

  • A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle (required for travel).
  • GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent).
  • Availability for at least 6 months.
  • A strong desire to help SEN students reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to SEN students, both one-on-one and in groups, to aid their academic, social, and emotional development.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and SEN coordinators to design and implement tailored learning plans.
  • Support students with behaviour management, confidence-building, and interpersonal skills.
  • Maintain a structured, safe, and nurturing classroom environment.
