Are you passionate about supporting students with special educational needs? Teaching Personnel is looking for a dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant to join our partner school, assisting learners aged 11-17. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support teachers in providing tailored educational assistance to students with SEN.
  • Foster an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
  • Offer one-on-one support to enhance student confidence and independence.
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
  • Collaborate with staff to implement personalized learning plans.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting.
  • A genuine passion for supporting students with special educational needs.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to diverse learning needs.
