Are you a passionate and driven individual who is reliable and wants to work with students to help guide them to achieve their goals? Do you have the dedication and skills to support students in overcoming barriers to their education? If so, we want you to join our dynamic team at, an alternative provision secondary school in Fazakerley, as a Learning Support Assistant.
They provide a nurturing and inclusive environment for students who have found mainstream education challenging. Our dedicated staff work collaboratively to offer personalized support, helping each student reach their full potential. We pride ourselves on creating a safe and engaging learning atmosphere where every student is valued and empowered.
Role and Responsibilities:
As an LSA, you will play a crucial role in supporting our students and ensuring they thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Your main responsibilities will include:
Qualifications and Skills:
The ideal teaching assistant would be somebody who is able to build up strong relationships with students, they would be able to help and support students to achieve to the best of their abilities. The right educator needs to be reliable and able to use their initiative.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
