Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs? We are seeking dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to join a new school in Cambridge that supports 3 to 19 who have a range of complex and significant learning needs!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs
  • Assist in implementing individual education plans
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children with SEN
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A caring and patient attitude
  • Relevant qualifications or training (preferred)

Experience is preferred but not necessary, we welcome applicants with limited experience but with a passion for supporting young people with special educational needs!

Driving Licence and access to a vehicle is preferred.
