Pay: £90 - £100 per day
Type: Full-time, Temp to Perm

Are you passionate about supporting students with special educational needs? Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Learning Support Assistant to work in one of partner schools, support SEN learners aged 11-17. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in delivering tailored educational support to students with special educational needs.
• Help create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
• Provide one-on-one support and encouragement to students, fostering their confidence and independence.
• Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents as needed.
• Collaborate with other staff to implement personalized learning plans.

Requirements:

• Experience working with children or young people, ideally in an educational setting.
• A passion for helping students with special educational needs.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
• A proactive and adaptable approach to supporting diverse learning needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
