Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated Classroom Learning Support Assistant to join our partner SEN school in Tiverton, working with learners aged 11-16. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in providing tailored educational support to students with SEN in the classroom.
• Help create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
• Offer one-on-one support to boost student confidence and independence.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
• Collaborate with staff to implement personalized learning plans.

Requirements:

• Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting.
• A genuine passion for supporting students with special educational needs.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
• A proactive and adaptable approach to diverse learning needs.
