  • Develop and deliver tailored maths lessons that cater to the individual learning styles and abilities of SEN students.
  • Employ a variety of teaching methods and resources to engage students and promote a love for mathematics.
  • Work closely with the SEN department, parents, and other stakeholders to create and implement EHCP's.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback and support to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and confidence.
  • A qualified teacher with a strong background in mathematics.
  • Experience working with students with special educational needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for teaching and supporting SEN students.
  • Creativity and flexibility in adapting teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
