Salary:£25.00 Per hour

As an SEN One to One Tutor, you will be responsible for providing tailored educational support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Your primary role will involve delivering one-to-one tutoring sessions to students, focusing on their individual learning needs and goals.

  • Developing personalised learning plans based on students' specific SEN requirements
  • Delivering engaging and interactive tutoring sessions to enhance students' academic progress
  • Adapting teaching methods to suit individual learning styles and preferences
  • Monitoring and evaluating student progress regularly
  • Collaborating with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure holistic support for students
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Specialist knowledge in SEN education
  • Experience working with students with diverse SEN requirements
  • A degree in Education or relevant field
  • Demonstrated experience in tutoring or teaching students with SEN
  • Strong understanding of SEN legislation and best practises
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Postgraduate qualification in SEN education
  • Training in specific SEN interventions and strategies

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
